PokéVault is a free, non-commercial Pokémon TCG card cataloging tool, freely available to anyone who wishes to use it.

2. Publisher

This website is a personal, non-profit project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc.

3. Intellectual Property

Pokémon, Pokémon names, card images and all associated elements are trademarks of The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc.

Card images are reproduced solely for personal identification and cataloging purposes under fair use. No commercial exploitation is made.

If you are a rights holder and wish to have content removed, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

4. Personal Data

PokéVault only collects data necessary for the service to function:

• Local account: username, email address (password is hashed)
• Google login: name, email and profile picture provided by Google OAuth
• Collection: the list of cards you add to your collection

No data is sold, shared or transmitted to third parties. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

5. Cookies

The site only uses technical cookies:

• Session cookie (authentication)
• Language preference cookie (FR/EN)
• Remember me cookie (optional, persistent login)

No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Terms of Use

PokéVault is free and open to everyone. By using the service, you agree to:

• Not use the service for commercial purposes or data resale
• Not attempt to mass-scrape the site's content
• Not disrupt the service's operation

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or continuity.

7. Hosting

The site is hosted on a personal server. Data is stored in France.
